You May Return Select Items to the store within 10 days To Us For STORE CREDIT Only
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange any unused or unopened products within 10 days from the day you received your order.
- Liquid products, including adhesive, primers and bonders, and cream based products cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your adhesive contact our customer service via email at info@lashsupplystop.com
- All Lash Supply Stop Tweezers are final sale. If there are issues with the tweezers please contact us at info@lashsupplystop.com
- Returns must be 30 days within the delivery date.
After the product is returned, received into our warehouse and passes inspection, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit.
Lash Supply Stop is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was entered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate address and contact information.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with its original packaging.
We do not offer free returns. it must be at your own cost! Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
